Born in Warsaw on 20th October 1986. He is a political scientist and sociologist by profession. In the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, he will manage departments responsible for media, copyright, legislation, and ownership supervision over state-owned companies subordinate to the ministry.
He graduated in Economic and Social Policy (2011) and Sociology of Intercultural Communication (2012) at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where he is currently a lecturer. In 2013–2016, he participated in a PhD seminar on the most recent political history of Poland. He was associated with the non-governmental sector for many years and has coordinated projects and acted as an expert for “Fundacja Republikańska.”
In 2012–2015, he worked as a strategic advisor. In 2015–2016, he acted as the counsellor of the Deputy Prime Minister Prof. Piotr Gliński in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where he was responsible for the preparation and promotion of the Polish candidacy for the organization of EXPO 2022 in Łódź.
He is married and has a son.
